Untermyer Park- Part 2: The Garden

Pictures of the Roman garden. Very nice place for wedding pictures, but beside that, it is built like a castle. The stones in the castle are from Italy. The gazebo is infamous for its fans: Neo-Druids. It is the perfect place for wedding photos as it was made specifically for Untermyer's daughter's wedding!

Getting to Yonkers!

From Manhattan: Take the 1 Train to 242nd St-Van Cortlandt and take the Broadway Bee-Line Bus north. You can access the waterfront area, city hall, Trinity Plaza and St. Mary's or if you stay on for longer, you can access Untermyer Park and Lenoir Preserve.

Take Metro North Hudson Line from Grand Central to the Yonkers Train station. You will be right in downtown. You can take the Broadway bus up to Lenoir and Untermyer.

Take the 4 Train to Woodlawn and then take the 20 Bus north. You will have access to Yonkers Raceway and Southeast Yonkers
